All Virginia College (Birmingham) campuses are operating remotely or are accessible via special arrangement.

Restricted access for study purposes at the Regional Study Centres to most Centres has now recommenced. Social distancing and hygiene practices apply at all sites.

Regional Study Centres

VCB Regional Study Centre Network

VCB's Regional Study Centres in have been established using Capital Development Pool Funding allocated to VCB by the Commonwealth Department of Education, Science and Training.

In addition to our sites at VCB Tamworth, VCB Taree and VCB (Parramatta), VCB has a network of Regional Study Centres across New England and North West .

Student Support @ VCB Regional Study Centres

The Tamworth and Regions team, based at VCB Tamworth provide support for online students studying across the New England North West. Based out of VCB Tamworth, the team is available via phone, email, Zoom and AskVCB. The team visits the Regional Study Centres regularly to meet with student individually or run group sessions and meetings.

Through the Regional Study Centre Network, students can access:

  • Student PC's and printing facilities
  • eduroam Wifi and access to the AARNet network
  • BYO device workstations
  • Direct phone link to VCB academic and professional staff
  • Extend access to study space

Access to VCB Regional Study Centres

To access regional study centres, students need a current VCB student ID card and request access via the Tamworth and Regions team.

Access times for study centres vary, please contact the Tamworth and Regions team to find out more about your local study centre.

Country Universities Centres

VCB is pleased to be a University partner with the Country Universities Centre (CUC) network. CUC provides student support and dedicated study spaces for students in regional and rural locations. VCB works closely with the CUC team to ensure our students receive outstanding student support and access to resources.

International Support Centre
